Upon arriving in Providence, I started hearing about a new resource:  What Cheer Writers Club .  It is a non-profit supporting Rhode Island's makers of written, spoken, and illustrated word.  As a blogger and a podcast producer, I made beeline down the space on Westminster Street to get the scoop. What Cheer Writers Club is a membership community supporting all kinds of writers in Rhode Island, including: Writers, editors, journalists Graphic novelists, illustrators, comic creators Indie publishers, agents, writing-related organizations Podcasters, narrators I met with one of the founders, Anne Holland, a co-founder of the non-profit to do a tour and to learn about the benefits of becoming a member.       The gorgeous space offers an option to use co-working spaces, a board room for meetings, and classroom to teach a workshop, and a salon to host an evening celebration.  There is also a podcast studio...

I moved to the New England area in the summer of 2018 and fell in love with my new home! Living in Providence, RI has opened up one adventure after the next as I explore what the region offers in arts & culture. This podcast is a sharing of my discoveries as I travel around the area and explore on the world wide web what this part of the country is offering and what the artists are making to share with the world.
